Netlify Moves Enterprise Support Tickets Into the Dashboard

Netlify's new Support Hub lets Enterprise teams open, track and answer support tickets in the dashboard, and gives Team Owners a view of every member's tickets.

Netlify’s Enterprise customers can now open, track and answer support tickets without leaving the dashboard. Netlify announced the Support Hub on Oct. 16. Team Owners see every ticket their teammates have filed (Netlify changelog, Oct. 16, 2026).

What Shipped

Netlify said the Support Hub lives under User settings, then Support. A ticket takes a subject, a description written in Markdown and a list of CC recipients. Each ticket shows one of three statuses: Open, Awaiting customer response or Closed. The list can be searched, sorted and filtered, including tickets that copy you in. Replies go to the support team from the dashboard.

Visibility depends on role. Netlify said Team Owners see every ticket created by members of their team, with a Requester column showing who opened each one. Other members see only the tickets they opened or were copied on, according to Netlify’s documentation.

Who Gets It

Netlify’s documentation says the Support Hub is for Enterprise plans. Customers on other plans, including Free, can still reach Netlify Support through the Support page or by emailing support@netlify.com, the changelog said.

The Take

This is a plumbing release, and Enterprise buyers care about plumbing. Support history in an inbox belongs to whoever sent the email. History in the dashboard belongs to the team. The Requester column shows owners which members keep hitting problems. Smaller teams get none of that.
